The Book Blogger Test Tag

I was tagged by the lovely littleonionwrites ,so thanks (: and definitely check her blog out x

Here we go (:

1. What are your top three book pet hates?
-Well I hate cover changes in the middle of a series, especially when they don’t make them all in the same format (paperback or hardcover ) like Shatter Me for example, they changed the covers and they’re beautiful but the first book only comes in paperback with the new covers, maybe they fixed it now I’m not sure.
-Many many typos in books. A couple is fine but a lot of them I don’t like. I don’t really get ridiculously mad about it, it’d just be nice if they weren’t there.
-When my books arrive damaged or take forever to get delivered.

2. Describe your perfect reading spot.
I’m not sure. I like to read outside, inside, doesn’t really matter. I do prefer to read in a quiet spot as opposed to a loud one. Though when it is loud I just tune everyone out.
3.Tell us 3 book confessions.
-Im the kind of person who always finishes books. No matter how long it takes, because I like to finish what it start; the book would really have to suck for me to never finish it. Or if it was just a random book I picked up one day in the library to read for school or cuz I was bored, then I might not finish it because I haven’t really gotten into it.
-I prefer Hardcovers over Paperbacks
-I own an ebook version of all most every book I own in physical form, along with many others.
4.When was the last time you cried during a book?
City of Heavenly Fire by Cassandra Clare, and that was about two weeks ago. I finished it on Saturday May 31st ,so I think today marks exactly 2 weeks.
5. How many books are on your bedside table?
4.
We Were Liars (currently reading)
The Son of Neptune (next read)
Forbidden (I’ve been reading but haven’t picked up in awhile)
The Lost Hero (last book I read)
6.What is your favorite snack to eat while your reading?
Whatever I have (: but something that won’t stain the book. Granola Bars, M&Ms, stuff like that x
7. Name three books you would reccomend to anyone.
The Hunger Games – for dystopian
The 5th Wave – for sci-fi
Lola and The Boy Next Door -for contemporary
I know the questions says 3 but I’ll add one more.
The Infernal Devices – for fantasy

8.Show us a picture of your favorite shelf on your bookcase.

9.Write how much books mean to you in three words .
Life Changing Adventures.
My Personal Escape.
All the above.
(:
Along with music, books are my escape. I get to live a new life in a new world, and that never ceases to amaze me.
10.What is your biggest reading secret?
Idk. A couple of summers ago I checked out 100 books from the library and read them all that summer; it also resulted in me owing them over  $100 in overdue fines lol. I just got confused with so many books and I never knew which were due when.

Now I think I have to tag people so here :

                   Cover Too Cover
                  Brianna’s Bookish Confessions
                            Topaz Winters
If I’ve tagged you and you’ve already done it, I’m sorry and feel free to leave the link to it in the comments, I’d love to see it x

    1. You definitely do! (: yea it is the last of the TMI series but at the same time not really because there’s two new series coming set in the same shadowhunter world, along with the Simon Short Stories so It’s not really goodbye because we’ll see them again (: just like we saw some characters from The Infernal Devices in the TMI series, especially this one. We never have to really say goodbye at least not just yet, because they’ll show up again (: xx

      1. Oh, I heard about the new series, but I hadn’t heard about the Simon Short Stories! That’ll definitely be something to look forward to. And yeah, that’s true. Makes me feel a little more chipper, although I could do with another couple of books centering on Jace 🙂
